Just to be SURE we don't understand what is happening at least a small # of people from one agency just received referrals for the 16th. 1.5 weeks after referrals through January 15 showed up and we all heard that date was thc cutoff.
Probably it was either a LID error, or they had some "extra" baby files they wanted to finish up and this agency had just the right # of people on that day. Who knows??.
Would not want the waiting parents to understand what was happening. Nope. Confusion is more fun.
