Josie's big day

With Mothers day came the Parent Dedication day at our church.  We don't baptize little kids, but we do make their parents promise to do their best by them, and the Church makes a promise to stand by us while we raise them.

This was Josie's turn.






As was the case when we did our parent dedication with JJ we managed to make a spectacle of ourselves.  We took both girls up front for the (mass) dedication.  I picked Josie up to make sure I had her properly corralled (seeing as she is quite a bit more mobile than the 8 month old who parents we were next to)

 
It was all looking good until they turned on the projection of the service on the big screens behind us.  Josie looked over my shoulder, saw the picture, and shrieked at the top of her lungs - "LOOK MAMMA.  DANG NiNI.

Afterwards we retired to the house to rest and recover our dignity.
