This is starting to read like a cliffhanger. Josie's body decided it does not care about what usually happens.
The on duty doc came by this morning and told me that, although he almost never sees it happen this way, Josie's body has turned the corner and is beginning to move the fluid out on her own. They reduced the oxygen way down overnight and she did fine. That would not have worked 24 hours ago! They canceled this mornings ultrasound and they cancelled any surgery plans for the time being.
We are not out of the woods just yet but if we keep on this path we can just give her support and wait for her body to do the job
