The carrot eaters

JJ and Josie made a big discovery.
They have their own tiny garden area, mostly it has some hardy strawberry plants, a bit of basil, and some lemon grass that keeps coming back.

Yesterday I pointed out a couple feathery green tops in the garden.  CARROTS!

Seems a pack of seeds we planted over the summer has produced a grand crop of two.

We appreciated them, washed them and ate them.  The girls declared they were just like the ones in the fridge :-)
