First one we fixedwith a reroute and moved on.
When it happened again in different spot we got serious and had the pipes epoxy lined.
It took over 6 months from start to finish, but all the clean up work is about done now.
While we were fixing the mess in the downstairs half bath (where the river was actually flowing) I had the contractor do some work in the upper bath as well. The vanity in there was enormous and you could hardly get two kids, me, and an oxygen concentrator in there all at the same time.
We took out the old vanity, used a beadboard on the walls, put in a smaller shallow vanity and new water saver toilet and fixtures. I am VERY happy with the result - except I can't believe I forgot to take before pictures. But I did. Forget I mean.
