Big day today.
Josie had a bright and early blood test. We checked into the hospital had a second blood test and a six minute walk test. They took off her home pump and connected her to the hospital job. And she had her first dose of oral medication.
Just for fun she visited the playroom and did an hour of math homework
Second dose will be at 11 tonight and that is when they will start weaning her pump down while increasing the oral dose
Things usually move slow in the hospital. This is whiplash speed!
I have a funky pull out futon. I hope that translates to a good night sleep
