Josie LiNi - February Medical update, Not good news

We spent a good long time with the cardiology department of our local children's hospital today.

Josie got new Echo's and Xrays.  The news is not good.

Josie's heart repair is doing great so far, but her lung/heart pressures are going up.  We need them to go down.

If this continues they may have to undo part of her heart repair to relieve the pressures and then do a banding.  Obviously this is not a desirable outcome.

For now they are increasing any medications they can increase and we will have her on increased amounts of O2 any time she is home.

For our praying friends - please keep Josie in your prayers.

The cardiologist is not that hopeful, but we all know who is really in charge of healing.
