They pulled the bottom two teeth forward when they sedated for her heart surgery and that allowed the permanent teeth to erupt early. The second bottom tooth is getting set to go as well.
Our tooth fairy was going to bring money, but we just happen to have a tiara set in the house....

My kids lost their baby teeth due to poor hygiene (around age 2) and the dentist told us the permanent would come when they were ready regardless of the baby teeth. It is early though for Josie. My five year old lost his teeth early too. They said he has the mouth of a seven year old. Guess they are all different.
Also, have you tried the Salter 1005 tender grips instead of the tape for the oxygen? They work great, don't leave much redness and look better as they are skin color.
