Friday Night - Fiddly Details

So today was all about running a few more tests just to be SURE it is all OK and starting to round up all the fiddly details that go along with getting one post op kiddo, about a million new dollies and stuffed animals, some fairly large medical equipment and 6 (count em) 3 foot canisters of O2 home (and no one better be back ending my little SUV by the way).

Josie was either in a really good mood or really tired and inconsolable and needing holding.  We walked around a lot, which is just what her lungs need.  And she weaves around like a drunken sailor but she go go goes :-)


She crashed early - I'm going to try to snatch a bit of extra sleep myself.


We are winding down this part of the tale - once we get home we still have damaged lungs to wrestle with, but the docs are quite hopeful and I'm praying we got ahead of the issues for her with this surgery.
