Tuesday Update Dec 11

The big news is. . . . we get out of ICU and into a step down ward tomorrow!  And I'll be able to sleep in the room with Ms Josie.

This is sort of a change but she is off more lines and meds and it looks like tomorrow is the magic day.

We will then work out the right combo of home meds - then we come home.  That could be early next week  - or maybe sooner.  It remains to be seen.

In any case it is clear to us all Josie has finally turned the corner (I'll say yesterday was the real turning point, but everyone wanted to be sure).

More tomorrow after we move.
