First and foremost- All is well. There have been no major medical crisis or setbacks.
Today's status: They were lowering the dosages of the drugs over night to see if they could wean Josie off the ventilator today. She started to wake up and shifted so she dislodged her vent tube. Apparently she also tried to get to the other tubes and take them off.
In any case she is not *quite* ready to come off ventilator so she had a new tube put in - and she now sports a nice set of boy restraints (called "no-no's) cause they found out last night she is FAST. They don't want her removing her equipment all by herself.
Mr. M and JJ are here, so things are a bit hectic right now. As I speak (um type I guess) they are playing a game of chase in the central patio.
Prayers please:
- It would be wonderful if Josie can come off the vent tonight.
- I could still use a spot at Ronald McDonald House to stay! Hotel is expensive for how much I am there!
- The Respiratory Therapist for Josie requests prayer for her husband Hank. He just had cancer surgery but is not doing well. They are now checking to see if it has spread to other organs.

| We are attempting to contain the energy here. Not really working. |
Thanks and more as it happens
